OIX Policy definition

OIX Policy or "OIX Policies" means any rules or policies put in place by OIX and approved by the OIX Board from time to time, primarily being as set out in the OIX Procedures and Policies Handbook (the "Handbook") on the OIX website.
OIX Policy or "OIX Policies" means any rules or policies put in place by OIX and approved by the OIX Board from time to time, including (without limitation) those set out in this Handbook, those posted on the Website (such as the OIX Privacy Policy), and those developed for a particular Project or other OIX activity.

Examples of OIX Policy in a sentence

  • Any amendment to such an OIX Policy, or any new OIX Policy applicable by its terms to Participant, will become effective and binding on Participant thirty (30) days after Participant is notified of such amendment or new OIX Policy by email at the address below, unless Participant notifies OIX of its election to terminate this Agreement and its participation in all OIX Projects prior to the effective date of any such amendment or new OIX Policy.

  • Terms used but not defined in this Agreement are defined in the applicable OIX Policy incorporated by reference in this Agreement.

  • Such license is limited to use of such OIX Marks solely in connection with the activities authorized under this Agreement, and is subject to the requirements of the then-current OIX Policy titled “OIX Trademark Usage Guidelines” as revised from time to time (available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx), which are incorporated herein by reference.

  • Member agrees to promptly notify OIX of any action or event which will cause, or has caused, Member to cease to be in compliance with this Agreement, the OIX Bylaws, or any OIX Policy.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement, the OIX Bylaws, or any OIX Policy, and no action taken by Member, shall be deemed to render Member or any of its affiliates an employee, agent or representative of OIX or of any other Member, or shall be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture or syndicate among or between Member or any of its affiliates and OIX or any other OIX member.

  • All notices to Member that OIX is required or permitted to make under this Agreement, the OIX Bylaws, or any OIX Policy may be sent by electronic mail to Member’s representative designated in the “Contact Information” section of this Membership Agreement at the email address set forth therein or to such email addresses as such Member’s representative may later specify by notice to OIX (or other address change processes established by OIX from time to time).

  • OIX will make a determination as to whether or not the purpose or proposed project to be funded by Directed Funds is consistent with the requirements of this Directed Funding Policy, and any other OIX Policy.

  • A Member shall be bound by a duly adopted amendment or new OIX Policy, unless it elects to terminate its Membership and its participation in OIX prior to the effective date of any such Amendment or new OIX Policy.

  • Amendments and any new OIX Policy shall have prospective effect only.

Related to OIX Policy

  • R&W Policy means those certain buyer-side representations and warranties insurance policies purchased by Buyer in connection with this Agreement.

  • Group Policy /”policy” means the breakdown policy as set out in this document;

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • CSR Policy means the present Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of the Company, which covers the activities to be undertaken by the Company as specified in Schedule VII to the Act and the CSR Expenditure thereon.

  • Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy - Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);

  • Support Policy shall have the meaning given to it in the Support Terms (defined below).

  • Master Policy means a single worker’s compensation insurance policy issued by an insurer authorized to do business in this state to an employee leasing company in the name of the employee leasing company that covers more than one client of the employee leasing company.

  • Health insurance policy means a policy that provides specified benefits for hospital and/or general treatment and meets all requirements under section 63-10 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.

  • D&O Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(c).

  • R&W Insurance Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.15.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.

  • Procurement Policy Board or “PPB” shall mean the board established pursuant to Charter § 311 whose function is to establish comprehensive and consistent procurement policies and rules which have broad application throughout the City.
