Old Indenture definition

Old Indenture means the Indenture dated as of July 14, 1998 between the Issuer and Bankers Trust Company, as trustee, as in effect on the Issue Date.
Old Indenture means that certain indenture dated as of September 28, 2007, by and among USEC, as issuer and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee, which indenture governs all obligations arising under or in connection with the Old Notes.
Old Indenture means the indenture, dated as of May 22, 2001, for the Old Senior Notes.

Old Indenture means that Indenture dated as of March 18, 1998 between ADLT and the Old Indenture Trustee pursuant to which the Old Notes were issued.
