The Reorganized Debtor and the Old Indenture Trustee shall have no obligation to recognize any transfer of Old Senior Notes occurring on or after the Record Date.
The Reorganized Debtor or the Old Indenture Trustee, as applicable, may reasonably require the holder of such Claim to hold the Reorganized Debtor or the Old Indenture Trustee, as applicable, harmless up to the amount of any Distribution made in respect of such unavailable note, instrument, document, certificate, subordinated note, agreement, certificated security or other item evidencing such Claim.
Any such distribution made by the Old Indenture Trustee shall be made pursuant to the Old Indenture.
