O&M Records definition

O&M Records means all data in connection with maintenance, operation, renewals and expansion of the Project including (a) all inspection and inventory records, whether generated by Developer or a third party, (b) any communication to and/or from TxDOT, the Independent Engineer or other third party, and
O&M Records has the meaning set forth in Section 17.1(i).
O&M Records has the meaning assigned to it in Section 13.2(A).

Examples of O&M Records in a sentence

  • Each Party shall have the right at its sole cost and expense, upon reasonable prior written notice to the other Party, during normal business hours, to examine and/or make copies of the records and data of such other Party relating to this Agreement (including all records and data relating to or substantiating any charges paid by or to such other Party, MWh of delivered Discharging Energy, MWh of delivered Charging Energy, Seller’s operating procedures, the Project equipment manuals and O&M Records).

  • Seller shall provide PGE copies of O&M Records upon ▇▇▇▇▇’s request.

  • O&M Records shall utilize the same format as TxDOT utilizes for its statewide asset inventory and condition assessments and shall be capable of being integrated into TxDOT’s maintenance management systems as further described in Section 19.6.9. Construction quality acceptance test results shall be automatically transmitted to TxDOT’s I2MS system using TxDOT’s extensible markup language (XML) web service.

  • Buyer may review operating procedures, equipment manuals, O&M Records and data kept by Seller relating to this Agreement, at any time during the period the records are required to be maintained, from time to time upon request and during normal business hours.

  • Seller shall provide Buyer copies of O&M Records upon ▇▇▇▇▇’s request.

  • Seller shall provide PGE copies of O&M Records upon PGE’s request.

Related to O&M Records

  • Files and Records means all files and records of Seller relating to the Business, whether in hard copy or magnetic or other format including customer and supplier lists and records; equipment maintenance records; equipment warranty information; plant plans, specifications and drawings; sales and advertising material; computer software; technical and research analyses; engineering, sales, marketing and other studies, data and plans; bid information; quality assurance records; and records relating to those employees of Seller who may become employed by Purchaser following the Closing.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement. Service Agreement: Refers to the Contract or Purchase Order to which this DPA supplements and modifies.

  • Business Records means all files, documents, instruments, papers, books, reports, records, tapes, microfilms, photographs, letters, ledgers, journals, financial statements, technical documentation (design specifications, functional requirements, operating instructions, logic manuals, flow charts, etc.), user documentation (installation guides, user manuals, training materials, release notes, working papers, etc.), Tax Returns, other Tax work papers and files and other documents in whatever form, physical, electronic or otherwise.
