On-Net definition

On-Net means Educational Institutions in the defined districts within the State of New Mexico that the Primary Contractor will be proposing a direct connection to On-Net Internet Access Services, which is in the Primary Contractor’s service area. This excludes any fiber construction services and/or special construction.
On-Net means geographical locations where Comcast currently provides Services through its Comcast network. On-Net Services may be provisioned over a fiber optic network (“On-Net Fiber”), or via a HFC Network (“On-Net HFC”), as available through Comcast.
On-Net means Calls that starts and end on the Service platform.
