Off-Net definition

Off-Net means Educational Institutions in the defined districts within the State of New Mexico that the Primary Contractor will be proposing a direction connection to Off-Net Internet Access Services, which is outside of the Primary Contractor’s service area. This may include fiber construction services and/or special construction, and to meet the applicant’s need, this may include the Offeror partnering with other providers.
Off-Net means geographical locations that are outside of Comcast’s service area and/or geographical locations that are within Comcast’s service area generally, but are not readily accessible by Comcast network facilities. All Off- Net Services are provided by third-party service providers. Off-Net Services provisioned over a fiber optic network are referred to as “Off-Net Fiber.”
Off-Net means geographical locations that are outside of Comcast’s service area and/or geographical locations that are within Comcast’s service area generally, but are not readily accessible by Comcast Network facilities. All Off-Net Services are provided by third-party service providers.

  • CenturyLink offers multiplexing at a CPOP, at an On-Net Access building or at an ILEC/CLEC facility providing the Off-Net Access.

Off-Net means Calls that are sent or received from another network (to the PSTN or other IP platform/gateway).
