ONE FOR ONE REPLACEMENT means a replacement structure of the same number of bedrooms (for commercial properties the same estimated domestic sewage flows and type of operation) and the same square footage of habitable space as of the adoption date of this Ordinance or indicated on the most recently issued construction permit.
