ONHWP Act definition

ONHWP Act means the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act and regulations thereunder, as amended from time to time;

Examples of ONHWP Act in a sentence

  • Compensation claims are subject to any further conditions set out in the ONHWP Act.

  • The protections against personal liability set out in section 2.10 of the ONHWP Act are incorporated by reference and apply with necessary modifications to any matters in connection with this Agreement.
