The protections against personal liability set out in section 2.10 of the ONHWP Act are incorporated by reference and apply with necessary modifications to any matters in connection with this Agreement.
Tarion shall make public information available on Tarion’s website and in other ways determined by its Chief Executive Officer in accordance with the ONHWP Act.

Any Trustee hereunder may be removed at any time with or without cause by an instrument executed by the Beneficiaries and provided a replacement “trustee” (as that term is defined in the ONHWP Act) has agreed to assume trusteeship of the Funds.
At the time of the PDI, the Purchaser, the Purchaser’s Designate or the Purchaser’s Solicitors and the Vendor shall complete a single Certificate of Completion and Possession (the “CCP”), a Pre-Delivery Inspection Form (the “PDI Form”) and a Confirmation of Receipt in the forms prescribed from time to time by, and required to be completed pursuant to The ONHWP Act, listing all outstanding, incomplete work or defective items in the Purchased Home.
