Online Reporting Service means the system set up on Purchaser’s website where Seller provides Purchaser with the pertinent data necessary for Purchaser to purchase Accounts under this Agreement and otherwise administer this Agreement.
Online Reporting Service means an online reporting service that TD may make available to merchants to allow merchants to view or access information including Merchant Account details, Transaction history, fees and other amounts that become payable by the merchant to TD.
