Online Reporting Service definition

Online Reporting Service means the system set up on Buyer’s website where Seller provides Buyer with the pertinent data necessary for Buyer to purchase Receivables under this Agreement and otherwise administer this Agreement.
Online Reporting Service means the system set up on Lender’s website where Borrower provides Lender with the pertinent data necessary for Lender to manage Accounts under this Agreement and otherwise administer this Agreement.
