Open Government Licence definition

Open Government Licence means the licence granted by the Government for the use and re-use of public sector information as set out at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/doc/open-government-licence/ and as may be amended from time to time; Order means the order for the provision of the Digital Services placed by the Customer with the Supplier in accordance with the Framework Agreement and under the terms of this Contract;
Open Government Licence means the UK Government’s open licence which facilitates the use and re-use of public sector information that is protected by copyright and database rights. The Open Government Licence details of which can be found at http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open- government-licence/) may be amended and/or revised from time to time.“Official Publisher”means the publisher who has been granted the right to be identified as the official publisher to the Authority in respect of the documents published under this Contract.“Parallel Contracts”means the contracts advertised under OJEU notice 2010/S 35-051040 and executed between the Authority and the Contractor, contract numbers: CR01071a, CR01071b and CR01071c, for delivery of the Services to the jurisdictions of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.“Party”means a Party to this Contract.“Premises”means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in Schedule 1 (Specifications).“Price Review Dates”shall have the meaning ascribed to it in clause 21.3.“Print-ready PDFs”means a PDF used to produce printed copies of legislation, that as a minimum meets the requirements of ISO 15930-1:2001: PDF/X-1a:2001 or itssuccessor.
Open Government Licence means the licence available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/doc/open- government-licence/version/3/. OS Customer Plan means a Product Plan pursuant to which you make API Data licensed to you under an OS GB Data Contract or an OS Public Sector Members Licence available to End Users within your organisation via an API Service for your licensed use under such OS Licences subject to the applicable Transaction Limit(s) set out in the Appendix for such API Service.

  • Foreign Government Obligations means, with respect to Securities of any Series that are denominated in a Foreign Currency, direct obligations of, or obligations guaranteed by, the government that issued or caused to be issued such currency for the payment of which obligations its full faith and credit is pledged and which are not callable or redeemable at the option of the issuer thereof.

  • Covered Government support contractor means a contractor (other than a litigation support contractor covered by 252.204-7014) under a contract, the primary purpose of which is to furnish independent and impartial advice or technical assistance directly to the Government in support of the Government’s management and oversight of a program or effort (rather than to directly furnish an end item or service to accomplish a program or effort), provided that the contractor—

  • Local Government Act means the Local Government Act, R.S.B.C. 2015, Chapter 1, together with all amendments thereto and replacements thereof;

  • European Government Obligations means any security that is (1) a direct obligation of Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, The Federal Republic of Germany or any other country that is a member of the European Monetary Union on the Issue Date, for the payment of which the full faith and credit of such country is pledged or (2) an obligation of a person controlled or supervised by and acting as an agency or instrumentality of any such country the payment of which is unconditionally guaranteed as a full faith and credit obligation by such country, which, in either case under the preceding clause (1) or (2), is not callable or redeemable at the option of the issuer thereof.

  • Government data means any information, document, media, or machine readable material regardless of physical form or characteristics, that is created or obtained by the Government in the course of official Government business.

  • Intra-governmental gift means any gift given to a Board member or employee from another Board member or employee, and "inter- governmental gift" means any gift given to a Board member or employee from an officer or employee of another governmental entity.

  • Foreign Government Obligation means with respect to Securities of any series which are not denominated in the currency of the United States of America (x) any security which is (i) a direct obligation of the government which issued or caused to be issued the currency in which such security is denominated and for the payment of which obligations its full faith and credit is pledged or, with respect to Securities of any series which are denominated in euros, a direct obligation of any member nation of the European Union for the payment of which obligation the full faith and credit of the respective nation is pledged so long as such nation has a credit rating at least equal to that of the highest rated member nation of the European Economic Area, or (ii) an obligation of a Person controlled or supervised by and acting as an agency or instrumentality of a government specified in clause (i) above the payment of which is unconditionally guaranteed as a full faith and credit obligation by the such government, which, in either case (i) or (ii), is not callable or redeemable at the option of the issuer thereof, and (y) any depositary receipt issued by a bank (as defined in Section 3(a)(2) of the Securities Act) as custodian with respect to any Foreign Government Obligation which is specified in clause (x) above and held by such bank for the account of the holder of such depositary receipt, or with respect to any specific payment of principal of or interest on any Foreign Government Obligation which is so specified and held, provided that (except as required by law) such custodian is not authorized to make any deduction from the amount payable to the holder of such depositary receipt from any amount received by the custodian in respect of the Foreign Government Obligation or the specific payment of principal or interest evidenced by such depositary receipt.

  • Foreign Government Securities means with respect to Subordinated Debt Securities of any series that are denominated in a Foreign Currency, non-callable (i) direct obligations of the participating member state or government that issued such Foreign Currency for the payment of which obligations its full faith and credit is pledged or (ii) obligations of a Person controlled or supervised by and acting as an agency or instrumentality of such participating member state or government, the payment of which obligations is unconditionally guaranteed as a full faith and credit obligation of such participating member state or government. For the avoidance of doubt, for all purposes hereof, euro shall be deemed to have been issued by each participating member state from time to time.

  • Government agreement has the meaning given in the Government Agreements Xxx 0000 (WA);

  • Loss of Government property means unintended, unforeseen or accidental loss, damage or destruction to Government property that reduces the Government’s expected economic benefits of the property. Loss of Government property does not include purposeful destructive testing, obsolescence, normal wear and tear or manufacturing defects. Loss of Government property includes, but is not limited to—

  • Authorized Government Agency means a regulatory body or government agency, with jurisdiction over PJM, the PJM Market, or any entity doing business in the PJM Market, including, but not limited to, the Commission, State Commissions, and state and federal attorneys general. Avoidable Cost Rate:

  • Municipal Government Act means the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, c M-26;

  • Custodian of a government record or "custodian" means in the

  • Government of Canada Yield on any date means the yield to maturity on such date (assuming semi-annual compounding) of a Canadian dollar denominated non-callable Government of Canada bond with a term to maturity of five years as quoted as of 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on such date and that appears on the Bloomberg Screen GCAN5YR <Index> Page on such date; provided that if such rate does not appear on the Bloomberg Screen GCAN5YR <Index> Page on such date, then the Government of Canada Yield shall mean the arithmetic average of the yields quoted to the Corporation by two registered Canadian investment dealers selected by the Corporation as being the annual yield to maturity on such date, compounded semi-annually, that a non-callable Government of Canada bond would carry if issued, in Canadian dollars, at 100% of its principal amount on such date with a term to maturity of five years.

  • Agency or instrumentality of the government of Venezuela means an agency or instrumentality of a foreign state as defined in section

  • United States Government Obligations means bonds, notes, certificates of indebtedness, treasury bills or other securities constituting direct obligations of, or obligations the principal of and interest on which are fully and unconditionally guaranteed as to full and timely payment by, the United States of America, including evidences of a direct ownership interest in future interest or principal payment on obligations issued by the United States of America (including the interest component of obligations of the Resolution Funding Corporation), or securities which represent an undivided interest in such obligations, which obligations are rated in the highest rating category by a nationally recognized rating service and such obligations are held in a custodial account for the benefit of the Issuer.

  • Relevant Governmental Body means the Federal Reserve Board and/or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or a committee officially endorsed or convened by the Federal Reserve Board and/or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York or any successor thereto.

  • MEC for local government means the member of the Executive Council of a province who is responsible for local government in that province;

  • Local government means a unit of government in a State and, if chartered, established, or otherwise recognized by a State for the performance of a governmental duty, including a local public authority, a special district, an intrastate district, a council of governments, a sponsor group representative organization, and any other instrumentality of a local government.
