Product Plan definition

Product Plan means a non-confidential proposal in a format provided or approved by Apple that includes (a) a general description of each Proposed Product and its product category and features, and (b) any other information that Apple may request from time to time by written notice to Licensee or its Designee.
Product Plan means the annual compilation of objectives, activities, resource allocations, Success Criteria, Allowable Product Expenses and budgets regarding the development and/or marketing of Development Compounds and/or Marketed Compounds agreed to by the OC, as more thoroughly described in Section 3.3(b).

More Definitions of Product Plan

Product Plan means the plan established by the parties pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement. The Product Plan shall include the following components for each Collaboration Product: the Development Plan, the Manufacturing Plan and the Marketing Plan, in accordance with CAG's Project Lifecycle.
Product Plan means a plan designed for a specific class of insurance concerning the feasibility of a network of services intended to be distributed by the insurance company, the formal requirements for which are laid down in Schedule No. 4;
