Opening Facilities definition

Opening Facilities means those Facilities which were in existence at the Effective Date and are specified in the Schedules. fff. “Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plan” means the document detailing the activities to be carried out over a years period including all needed resources such as staffing and investment and also included the monitoring arrangements in order to ensure that the Provider meets Performance Targets specified in the Agreement. Any details of contin- gency funds for maintenance and rehabilitation are included in the O&M plan.
