Operating Account Charge definition

Operating Account Charge means the first priority deed of charge over the Operating Account to be executed by the Borrower in favour of the Lender.

Operating Account Charge means the charge to be granted by Qxxxxxxx Management in favour of the Security Trustee (and held by the Security Trustee on behalf of itself and the Lenders) in the form attached at Appendix 7, in respect of all monies standing to the credit from time to time of the Operating Account, together with any and all notices and acknowledgements entered into in connection therewith.

  • Account Charge means, in relation to each of the Charged Accounts, the first priority fixed charge or pledge over all such accounts given or to be given by the relevant account holder thereof in favor of and in form and substance satisfactory to the Security Trustee.

The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).
