Operating Company Business definition

Operating Company Business means the business transacted by the Operating Company and shall include the development and marketing of branded wireless telecommunications services, including, without limitation, handsets, voice services, data services (including CDMA laptop cards and related software), stand-alone and other wireless services in the United States.
