Operating Metrics definition

Operating Metrics means Licensee's current operating figures such as employee or student/faculty count, annual revenue or budget, and the like, as set forth in the Schedule and as Licensee certifies annually in writing to PeopleSoft.
Operating Metrics means the Goals and Performance Standards and Performance Standard Achievement used to calculate Awards.
Operating Metrics has the meaning set forth in Section 4.8 hereof.
