Operating Option III definition

Operating Option III. Seller dedicates to Edison only that portion of the Generator output in excess of Seller's electrical service requirements. As much as practicable, Seller intends to serve its electrical requirements from the Generator output and will require electrical standby from Edison as designated in Section 1.9.

Related to Operating Option III

  • Grant Funds means any and all funds allocated or disbursed to Grantee under this Agreement.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.

  • Performance Review means a summative evaluation of a teacher other than a beginning teacher and used to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations and the Iowa teaching standards, and to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations for career advancement in accordance with Iowa Code section 284.7.

  • Compensation Options means the options of the Company to be issued to the Agent pursuant to Section 8.2 hereof to acquire Compensation Shares;

  • System for Award Management (SAM means the primary Government repository for prospective Federal awardee and Federal awardee information and the centralized Government system for certain contracting, grants, and other assistance-related processes. It includes—

  • Replacement Option means an Option that is granted when a Participant uses a Common Share held or to be acquired by the Participant to exercise an Option and/or to satisfy tax withholding requirements incident to the exercise of an Option.

  • Stock Option Plan means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or by the Corporation, including the Corporate Incentive Award Plan.

  • Company Stock Option Plans means the Company’s 2000 Employee Stock Option Plan, 1997 Employee Stock Option Plan and 1995 Stock Option Plan, in each case as amended.

  • Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.
