Operating Parameters definition

Operating Parameters means the performance and operating specifications of each Providing Unit (certain of which are referred to in the Grid Code as Technical Parameters) for which values are specified, as are more fully set out in Part 2 of Schedule 9 as may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

Operating Parameters means the parameters set forth in Appendix II.

Operating Parameters has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking.

Examples of Operating Parameters in a sentence

• The QESP shall correct and/or adjust all deficiencies in systems and Equipment operations that may be observed during system commissioning procedures as specified in Schedule T (Systems Start-Up and Commissioning; Operating Parameters of Installed Equipment).

• The QESP shall conduct thorough and systematic performance tests of each element and total system of the installed Equipment in accordance with the procedures specified in Schedule T (Systems Start-Up and Commissioning; Operating Parameters of Installed Equipment) prior to delivering to the Department the installation notification indicating that the Equipment is ready for inspection by the Department.

• The Service Provider must provide DRR in accordance with the technical requirements of this Part E of Schedule 4 and the relevant Operating Parameters for each Providing Unit.

• The Service Provider must provide reserve, with the exception of Replacement Reserve, in accordance with the technical requirements of the Grid Code and the relevant Operating Parameters of the Providing Unit.

More Definitions of Operating Parameters

Operating Parameters means the performance and operating specifications of each Generating Unit (certain of which are referred to in the Grid Code as Technical Parameters).

OPERATING REPRESENTATIVE: Individual(s) appointed by each Party and by NAPOCOR for the purpose of securing effective cooperation and interchange of information between the Parties and NAPOCOR in connection with administration and technical matters related to this Agreement and the Power Purchase Agreement.
