Operating Representative definition

Operating Representative has the meaning specified in Section 19.19.
Operating Representative means any of the individuals designated by a Party, as set forth in Exhibit 4, to transmit and receive routine operating and Emergency communications required under this Agreement. A Party may change any of its Operating Representatives by providing notice of the change to the other Party in accordance with the notice procedures set forth in Section 30.1 herein.

Operating Representative. The representatives (and alternates, if any) appointed by each Party to serve as a “point of contact” for coordination of activities under this Agreement, as provided in Section 2.4.
