Operating Representative definition

Operating Representative has the meaning specified in Section 19.19.

Operating Representative means any of the individuals designated by a Party, as set forth in Exhibit 4, to transmit and receive routine operating and Emergency communications required under this Agreement. A Party may change any of its Operating Representatives by providing notice of the change to the other Party in accordance with the notice procedures set forth in Section 30.1 herein.

Operating Representative. The representatives (and alternates, if any) appointed by each Party to serve as a “point of contact” for coordination of activities under this Agreement, as provided in Section 2.4.

More Definitions of Operating Representative

Operating Representative of a Party means any of the individuals designated by that Party, as set forth in Exhibit 4, to transmit and receive routine operating and Emergency communications required under this Agreement. A Party may change any of its Operating Representatives by providing notice of the change to the other Party in accordance with the notice procedures set forth in Section 29 (Notices) herein.

Operating Representative means any of the individuals designated by a Party, as set forth in Exhibit 26.1, to transmit and receive routine operating and Emergency communications required under this Agreement.

Operating Representative shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a)(iv).

Operating Representative. The Individual(s) that shall be appointed by each Party to ensure effective communication, coordination, and cooperation between the Parties. Either Party shall have the right to change that Party's Operating Representative by providing written notice of the change to the other Party; such changes shall not be deemed amendments for the purposes of this Contract.
