Operating Projects definition

Operating Projects means the Projects listed on Schedule 1.01(f).
Operating Projects means each of the landfill gas to energy projects operated by Borrower, including the projects listed on attached Schedule 1.3.
Operating Projects shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

More Definitions of Operating Projects

Operating Projects means, collectively, (i) as of the date hereof, the Projects set forth on Schedule 1.1(h) of the Disclosure Schedules, and (ii) each Construction Project that achieves commercial operation prior to the Closing Date.
