Operating Projects definition

Operating Projects means the Projects listed on Schedule 1.01(f).

Operating Projects means each of the landfill gas to energy projects operated by Borrower, including the projects listed on attached Schedule 1.3.

Operating Projects shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Examples of Operating Projects in a sentence

• For all Operating Projects - a complete application MUST be submitted with this POP.

• Additional expenditure required for non-completed Operating Projects at the end of the Financial Year, is incorporated in the Budget as part of First Budget Update.

• Taking into account the carried forward Operating Project expenditure and new projects which have been endorsed by the Council, the 2019-2020 Adopted Operating Projects Budget forecast a cost to the Council of$1.771 million.

• The significant individual Operating Projects changes are detailed in Table 2.

More Definitions of Operating Projects

Operating Projects means the projects described on Exhibit B attached hereto as the “Operating Projects.”

Operating Projects means the Bahia Projects.

Operating Projects means each of the Projects which has been placed in service prior to January 1, 1998 and for which final certificates of occupancy and Internal Revenue Service Form 8609's have been issued with respect to all buildings in the Project requiring such certificate or form, such Projects being identified as "Operating Projects" in Section 4(d)-1 of the attached Disclosure Schedule.

Operating Projects has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Operating Projects means, collectively, (i) as of the date hereof, the Projects set forth on Schedule 1.1(h) of the Disclosure Schedules, and (ii) each Construction Project that achieves commercial operation prior to the Closing Date.

Operating Projects means any Project owned by the Company or a Company Subsidiary that has ever generated electrical energy and delivered such energy to the electrical distribution or transmission grids, each such Project undertaken by the entities listed on Schedule 1.01(a).

Operating Projects or “OP” means each the Underlying Projects referred to as Rumford, Ryegate and the Sweetwater OPs on Schedule 1.1(c).
