Operation and Maintenance Reserve Account definition

Operation and Maintenance Reserve Account means the special and separate account heretofore created, continued herein and designated as the “Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority, Nevada Airport System Operation and Maintenance Reserve Account.”
Operation and Maintenance Reserve Account means the Albany Water Board Operation and Maintenance Reserve Account established by, and held in the custody of, the Board pursuant to Section 4.2(A)(3) of the Financing Agreement.
Operation and Maintenance Reserve Account the special account designated by that name established by the Security Agent pursuant to subsection 2.2 of the Security Deposit Agreement.

More Definitions of Operation and Maintenance Reserve Account

Operation and Maintenance Reserve Account means the Operation and Maintenance Reserve Account in the Operation and Maintenance Fund created pursuant to Section 4.01(d)(i) of the Permit and Operating Agreement and Section 401 of this Indenture.
