Operational Areas definition

Operational Areas means the wharves, container yards, storage yards, warehouses, gates, entry or exit points, workshops and other hazardous installation within Jurong Port.
Operational Areas means any place within the Restricted Areas where the conveyance, loading, unloading, handling or storage of goods takes place and include wharves, wharf aprons, container freight stations, transit and backup warehouses, alleyways, eaves of container freight stations, roadways, hardstandings, container yards, chassis yards, interchange areas, any place on board vessels and any other place deemed as such by PSA.
Operational Areas means the areas in OFFSHORE MARINE CENTRE wharf, common roads (whether open or covered), any place on board vessels, and any other hazardous place excluding Tenants plot.

More Definitions of Operational Areas

Operational Areas means any portion of the Premises used primarily as a financial processing center, including but not limited to the computer room, the lockbox processing area, the proof encoding area, the wire transfer area, the items processing area and loan servicing areas. Prior to or at the time of the Commencement Date, Tenant shall provide Landlord written notice of which portions of the Premises constitute Operational Areas, and Tenant shall also notify Landlord from time to time of any changes in the portions of the Premises that constitute Operational Areas.

All measurements shall be from the outer edge of the regularly used building, parking lot, or storage or processing area of the commercial or industrial activity and not from the property lines of the activities and shall be along or parallel to the edge or pavement of the highway.   • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Natural area means an area of the rural or non-urban environment which is in an unspoilt natural state or is of high scenic value, and includes, but is not limited to, national parks, game reserves, nature reserves, marine reserves, wilderness areas, areas of extensive agriculture and scenic areas.

  • Basal area means the effective surface area available to transmit the treated effluent from the filter media in a mound system into the in-situ receiving soils. The perimeter is measured at the interface of the imported fill material and in-situ soil. On sloping sites, only the area down-gradient from the up-slope edge of the distribution media may be included in this calculation.

  • Environmentally critical area means an area or feature which is of significant environmental value, including but not limited to: stream corridors, natural heritage priority sites, habitats of endangered or threatened species, large areas of contiguous open space or upland forest, steep slopes, and well head protection and groundwater recharge areas. Habitats of endangered or threatened species are identified using the Department’s Landscape Project as approved by the Department’s Endangered and Nongame Species Program.

  • Coastal area means coastal area as defined in section 22a-93(3) of the Connecticut General Statutes. “Coastal waters” means coastal waters as defined in section 22a-93(5) of the Connecticut General Statutes. “Commissioner” means commissioner as defined in section 22a-2(b) of the Connecticut General Statutes.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Control Area(s) means an electric power system or combination of electric power systems to which a common automatic generation control scheme is applied.

  • mining area means all those pieces of land containing two hundred and forty‑six (246) square miles or thereabouts situate in what is known to the parties as the “Xxx Xxxxx‑Siberia Nickel Laterite Area” the subject of the mineral claims applications for mineral claims and Temporary Reserves listed in the First Schedule hereto which are generally delineated and respectively coloured green and orange and red in the plan marked “X” signed by or on behalf of the parties for the purpose of identification;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Critical areas means any of the following areas or ecosystems: wetlands, critical aquifer recharge areas, streams, fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas, frequently flooded areas, and geologically hazardous areas as defined by the Growth Management Act (RCW 36.070A.170).

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy;

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.
