If any damage is caused to the Common Roads or Property, the owner will receive a written notice from the HOA identifying what needs repair.
Common Roads – refers to the roads depicted on any plat of the property which provides ingress and egress to a lot.
Each Owner of a Lot, his successors and assigns, domestic help, delivery, pickup, fire protection services, police, and other authorities of the law enforcement, United States mail carriers, representatives of utilities serving the Property, holder of mortgage liens on the Property, and such other persons as the Association shall designate, are hereby granted a perpetual non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress over the Common Roads.
