Common Roads definition

Common Roads means the driveways and driving surfaces hereafter constructed on the Property as identified on the Plat and intended to be utilized as driveways for the benefit of automobile traffic and roadways serving the Development.

Common Roads means the roads, or easements for roads, depicted on the Plat that provide ingress and egress to any lot.

Common Roads. /”Roads” means all roads to which all Members of the Association and their members, by agreement have a non-exclusive right of use of from time to time, whether by servitude lease or otherwise, or as the case may be.

Common Roads means the roads in the Property which provide ingress and egress to each Lot, residence, or any part of the Property, and shall consist of Xxxxxx Island Oaks Way along with any walkways, sidewalks or other similar improvements in the right of way.
