If any damage is caused to the Common Roads or Property, the owner will receive a written notice from the HOA identifying what needs repair.
Common Roads – refers to the roads depicted on any plat of the property which provides ingress and egress to a lot.
Declarant may, but shall not be required to, provide parking spaces along the Common Roads.
