Operational Conditions Precedent definition

Operational Conditions Precedent means the Further Conditions Precedent set out in paragraph 2 of Part B of Schedule 1 (Conditions Precedent) and “Operational Condition Precedent” shall be construed accordingly;
Operational Conditions Precedent means the operational conditions precedent set out in Part B of Annex 1 (Conditions Precedent) and "Operational Condition Precedent" and "OCP" shall be construed accordingly;
Operational Conditions Precedent means the conditions precedent set out in item 2.4 (Operational Conditions Precedent). Price Floor has the meaning given to that term in item 4.7(Price Floor).

  • Conditions Precedent shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 4.2.
