Operational Project definition

Operational Project means any Project that has: (i) achieved commercial operations in accordance with the terms of its applicable construction agreement, power sales agreement or interconnection agreement, as the case may be; and (ii) generated operating revenue from the sale of electricity or transmission services under its applicable power sales agreement or transmission services agreement.
Operational Project shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.3 of Schedule A-11.3.
Operational Project means any Project which is operational as defined under the terms of the agreement with the relevant Client;

  • Operational Plan means a Forest Stewardship Plan, Woodlot Licence Plan, a Range Use Plan, or Range Stewardship Plan, as those terms are defined in provincial forest and range legislation;
