Operational Projects definition

Operational Projects means any Project funded with Net Proceeds (in whole or in part) that has been operational and running for at least a full quarter.
Operational Projects means the same as per the project segment in the mSCOA chart and project summary definition and refer to current and short- term projects for which the cost is immediately recognised as an expense and funded from the municipalities' operational budget.

  • Notwithstanding the Lease-Up responsibilities entrusted to PCE in terms of this Article, as and from the Closing Date, PCMP will carry out the property management of the Operational Projects in terms of a Patrimonial Management Agreement in a form and text to be agreed upon between PCMP and the Operational Companies.

Operational Projects shall refer to the 39MW Project and the 41MW Project, collectively.

  • Operational Plan means a Forest Stewardship Plan, Woodlot Licence Plan, a Range Use Plan, or Range Stewardship Plan, as those terms are defined in provincial forest and range legislation;

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.
