Operations Contract definition

Operations Contract means an agreement, contract or purchase order entered into between the Society and a Supplier to furnish services, equipment, supplies or other things required to deliver the Services, and includes sponsorship contracts as set out in Article 7.6 of this Agreement;
Operations Contract means an agreement, contract or purchase order entered between the Board, as agent for HRM, and a Supplier to furnish services, equipment, supplies or other things required for the proper operation and maintenance of the Facility during the Operating Period;
