Bid Award. I acknowledge and understand that the City, County and/or Public Building Commission reserve the right to award bids item-by-item, with or without alternates/options, by groups, or "lump sum" such as shall best serve the requirements and interests of the City, County and/or Public Building Commission.
Bid Award. San Xxxx County is not obligated to award to lowest bidder, but reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive technical irregularities, and to award to the bidder whose bid is deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to waive minor irregularities and also reserves the right to waive mandatory requirement(s) so long as all responding vendors fail to meet the mandatory requirement(s) and the failure to do so does not otherwise materially effect the procurement.
Bid Award. Bids will be open and read aloud. The Xxxxx County Board of Education at it’s regularly scheduled Board meeting will award or reject the bid. Award will be based on bid tabulation and evaluation criteria.
Bid Award. Bid Award is based on an estimate of the number of hours needed to perform these services. The bid shall be awarded based on the total sum. Bidder must bid on all line items and shall complete their bid submission at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.

Bid Award. (a) All construction contracts for the Project have been competitively bid and shall be awarded by the County in the manner provided by State laws and in accordance with this Section.
(a) The bid tabulation and related information for the construction of the Project shall be submitted to the Project Committee for review and consideration. The County shall consider the advice and recommendations of the Project Committee, but the decision as to the acceptance of any bid shall be within the sole discretion of the County, provided that, the County shall not accept the bid of a contractor, or allow the contractor to use a subcontractor, that is not on the current TxDOT Bid List.
(b) The County shall furnish the bid tabulation and recommendation of award to the City not less than 10 days prior to awarding a contract for construction of the Project. The County shall also specify the date on which the County shall determine the award of the contract.

Bid Award. The City reserves the right to award a separate contract to separate bidders for each item/group or to award one contract for the entire bid. Unless stipulated in the attached bid specifications, the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or to the bidder who provides the goods or services specified herein at the best value for the City in compliance with Texas Local Government Code, Section 252.043.
Bid Award. An Employee who has been awarded a bid under this Article shall have the right, within fifteen (15) calendar days from the first day on the job to decide whether or not to return to his/her previous primary/secondary bid/job. It is understood that the Employer may use temporary assignments for those positions that need to be filled within such 15-calendar-day period. The Employee, shall have his/her final evaluation before his/her fifteenth (15th) calendar day, or within fifteen (15) calendar days after successful completion of specified training as stated in the job bid. A 30-calendar-day extension shall be granted either side upon written notice, and both sides' rights will also be extended. If, as a result of such evaluation, the Employer reasonably believes that the Employee is not able to perform satisfactorily or is unable to perform, the Employee will return to his/her former primary/secondary bid/job, and will retain all bid rights. The Employee has the right to dispute management's evidence and appeal the decision to the Board of Safety.
Bid Award. The bidder shall complete the electronic Invitation for Bid to be found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx and complete and attach the following to the electronic Invitation for Bid for award of the bid:
a. Bidder must complete and return the signed attachment, Reciprocal Limitations Act Requirements Form for award of bid. The prospective bidder shall list and describe the specific equipment proposed to be provided. Bid will be awarded based on the lowest unit price of the bid of model equivalent or equal to desired specs. In the event of a discrepancy between the unit price and extension of figures, the unit price will prevail. The Department will only accept out to two (2) decimal points when entering your “Unit Price” figures in the Invitation for Bid. The contract quantities herein are estimated only and may increase or decrease depending on the needs of the Department.
