Operative Time definition

Operative Time shall occur simultaneously with OCD’s emergence from proceedings under the United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101, et seq. on the Effective Date (as defined in the Plan of Reorganization).
Operative Time means 24 hours a day.
Operative Time. Cover applies whilst an Insured Person is travelling to and from and participating in any Corporate Event arranged by the Insured. Operative Time. Under Section 1 in respect of Cancellation only, Insurance is effective from the date of booking or reserving, as a farepaying passenger, for a planned Journey (as defined below) by means of The Card and terminates on commencement of the Journey. In respect of all other Sections, Insurance commences when the Insured Person(s) leave their permanent place of residence or business in their Country of Domicile (whichever is the later) to start their Journey, until the time of return to their permanent place of residence or business in their Country of Domicile (whichever is the earlier) on completion of the Journey.
