Validation Certificate definition

Validation Certificate means the official document issued upon payment to the Authority of the appropriate fee listed in division 103 of this chapter. The license or registration is subject and void without the annual validation certificate.¶
Validation Certificate. This document will be provided to You when You take out this policy and will contain details about You and the Vehicle upon which this policy will apply. It will also provide the effective Start Date and Expiry Date of the policy. You, Your, Insured: A private individual who is resident in the Territorial Limits and who has purchased an eligible Vehicle and has paid the necessary premium under this policy.
Validation Certificate means the sticker attached by the CDET to the Diesel Emission Inspection Compliance Card after the vehicle passes a diesel emission inspection.
