Operator Group means and includes the Operator aforenamed and its directors, members, partners (general and limited), officers, agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors (of any tier), other representatives, and insurers, and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, successors and assigns and their directors, members, partners (general and limited), officers, agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors, other representatives, and insurers, and each of them.
Operator Group has the meaning set forth in Section 19(b).

Operator Group means (i) Operator and its Affiliates (other than Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. and its subsidiaries (including Owner)) and (ii) the respective directors, officers, agents, employees, representatives of each Person specified in clause (i) above.
