Operator Group definition

Operator Group means and includes the Operator aforenamed and its directors, members, partners (general and limited), officers, agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors (of any tier), other representatives, and insurers, and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, successors and assigns and their directors, members, partners (general and limited), officers, agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors, other representatives, and insurers, and each of them.

Operator Group means (i) Operator and its Affiliates (other than Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. and its subsidiaries (including Owner)) and (ii) the respective directors, officers, agents, employees, representatives of each Person specified in clause (i) above.

Solely for the purposes of the indemnity provisions set forth in this section, the negligent or willful acts or omissions of CONTRACTOR GROUP shall be imputed to CONTRACTOR, and the negligent or willful acts or omissions of OPERATOR GROUP shall be imputed to OPERATOR.
