Option Equity definition

Option Equity means, in respect of each of the Company Shareholders, all the equity interest held by him in the Company Registered Capital respectively; in respect of all the Company Shareholders, the equity interest covering 100% of the Company Registered Capital.

Option Equity means, in respect of the Shareholder, all of the equity interest held thereby in the SH Kuantong Registered Capital (as defined below).

Option Equity. Equity equivalent to 100% of the registered capital of the Company held by the Existing Shareholders at the time of exercise of right under this Agreement and under effective supplement (if any) (collectively referred to as “equity assignment option documents”) made thereafter to this Agreement.
