Option Expiry Time definition

Option Expiry Time means 4:30 pm (Pacific Time) on the Option Expiry Date;
Option Expiry Time has the meaning given to it above;
Option Expiry Time means 5:30 p.m. on the date on which dealings in the Shares on the Stock Exchange first resume;

Examples of Option Expiry Time in a sentence

  • Each Option shall expire at the Option Expiry Time on the Option Expiry Date set forth in the Option Certificate and must be exercised, if at all, on or before the Option Expiry Date.

  • This Put Option Agreement shall automatically terminate on the Put Option Expiry Time if, prior to the Put Option Expiry Time, the Beneficiaries’ Agent does not exercise the Put Option in accordance with the terms hereof.
