Option Scheme Meeting definition

Option Scheme Meeting means the meeting of Optionholders ordered by the Court to be convened under section 411(1) of the Corporations Act to consider the Option Scheme.

Examples of Option Scheme Meeting in a sentence

  • Apply to the Court for orders directing the Target to convene the Scheme Meeting and Option Scheme Meeting, and consult with the Bidder as to the content of all relevant originating process, affidavits, submissions and draft minutes of Court orders.
