Optional Accessories definition

Optional Accessories means but is not limited to optional child seats, global positioning systems, ski racks, toll transponders and/or other products accepted by Renter.

Optional Accessories means but is not limited to optional child seats, global positioning systems, ski racks, toll transponders and/or other products accepted by Renter. c. “Owner” for the purposes of this Agreement means “OWNER OF VEHICLE” shown on the Rental Agreement Summary; d. “Rental Period” means the period between the time Renter takes possession of Vehicle until Vehicle is returned or recovered and in either case, checked in by Owner. e. “Renter” means the person, or entity identified on the Rental Agreement Summary as “RENTER”; f. “Vehicle” means the “ORIGINAL VEHICLE” or any replacement vehicle(s).
Optional Accessories means accessories (other than Accessories) that are of subordinate importance to a Licensee Receiver or OEM Receiver and are not essential to the use of a Licensee Receiver or OEM Receiver, but rather are supplementary and serve the purpose of merely adding to the convenience or effectiveness of a Licensee Receiver or OEM Receiver, such as replacement remote controls, cables, off-air antennas, replacement LNBs, surge protectors and telephone line extenders. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing set forth herein is intended or shall be construed as granting Licensee any rights whatsoever to affix any ETC Marks on, or to incorporate any ETC Technology into, any Optional Accessories.

  • Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;

  • Optional equipment means all the features not included in the standard equipment which are fitted to a vehicle under the responsibility of the manufacturer, and that can be ordered by the customer.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Polystyrene foam adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond polystyrene foam to substrates.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.
