Optional Green Product B. The Competitive Supplier shall include Renewable Energy in the All-Requirements Power Supply mix in an amount equal to the respective requirements of the Massachusetts’ (a) Renewable Portfolio Standard, (b) Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard, (c) Clean Energy Standard, and (d) Clean Peak Energy Standard, as each standard is defined as of the date this Amendment is entered into and each starting with the year in which load is served on the Start-Up Service Date, or otherwise pay the alternative compliance payment rate as determined by the relevant Massachusetts regulatory authority. For the purposes of clarity, the Competitive Supplier shall be responsible for (a) the annual Clean Energy Standard purchase obligations as defined in 310 CMR 7.75 as of the Effective Date, including the new CES-E standard finalized by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection on July 10, 2020, (b) the amended draft regulations of the Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard (“RPS”) and Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard (“APS”) as filed by the Department of Energy Resources on April 5, 2019, or the finalized versions of the same, and (c) the annual Clean Peak Energy Standard purchase obligations as filed by the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources with the General Court on June 8, 2020. Any excess costs shall be allocated to and collected from Participating Consumers on a per kWh basis through applicable monthly invoice(s) as set forth in Article 17 of the ESA. The price stated above also includes the purchase of MA Class I RECs for a total amount equal to 100% Renewable Energy. The Competitive Supplier shall identify the technology, vintage, and location of the renewable generators that are the sources of the Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). All such RECs will be created and recorded in the New England Power Pool Generation Information System or be certified by a third party such as Green-e. [100% MA Class I RECs]

For the purposes of clarity, the Competitive Supplier shall be responsible for (a) the annual Clean Energy Standard purchase obligations as defined in 310 CMR 7.75 as of the Effective Date, including the new CES-E standard finalized by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection on July 10, 2020, (b) the amended draft regulations of the Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard and Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard as filed by the Department of Energy Resources on April 5, 2019, and (c) the annual purchase obligations of the Clean Peak Energy Standard Regulation, 225 CMR 21.00 as published on August 7, 2020. The price stated above also includes the purchase of an additional 82% MA Class I RECs above Minimum Standards. The Competitive Supplier shall identify the technology, vintage, and location of the renewable generators that are the sources of the Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). All such RECs will be created and recorded in the New England Power Pool Generation Information System or be certified by a third party such as Green-e.   • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Combination Product means any combination of the Product with one (1) or more other active ingredients, products or services that is not the Product, where such products are sold either as a fixed dose/unit or as separate doses/units in a single package for a single price.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Therapeutically equivalent drug products means drug products that contain the same active ingredients and are identical in strength or concentration, dosage form, and route of administration and that are classified as being therapeutically equivalent by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration pursuant to the definition of "therapeutically equivalent drug products" set forth in the most recent edition of the Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, otherwise known as the "Orange Book."

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms and chosen by Enrolled Affiliate under this Enrollment.

  • Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”).   • Eligible Product means, instead of the definition in FAR 25.003—

  • Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products that exist prior to the commencement of work under the contract. Existing Products must be identified on the Product prior to commencement of work or else will be presumed to be Custom Products.

  • Medical marijuana product means a product that contains cannabinoids that have been extracted from plant material or the resin therefrom by physical or chemical means and is intended for administration to a licensed patient, including but not limited to concentrates, oils, tinctures, edibles, pills, topical forms, gels, creams, and other derivative forms, except that this term does not include live plant forms.

  • New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;

  • Marijuana product means marijuana as defined in 50-32-101 and marijuana-infused products
