Class I. Two directors shall be in Class I. Each initial director in Class I shall serve for a term ending on the date of the annual meeting of stockholders of the Company in 2016. Class I. Class I shall be entitled to any distributions and proceeds from the Company’s indirect interest in the Innventus Fund Partnership Percentage directly held by Innventus Fund GP. As of the date hereof and hereafter, 1,000,000 Class I Units are and shall remain issued to WE as set forth on the Members Schedule.
