Optional Note. Although mentioned as above can be proceeded with “Not available”, It will be appreciated that regular vendors may obtain the party code from Materials Dept. or Concerned Person, so that the vendor can be identified. The same party code may be used for future transactions also.

Related to Optional Note

  • Additional Notes means additional Notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.01 and 4.09 hereof.

  • Convertible Note means an instrument issued by a startup company evidencing receipt of money initially as debt, which is repayable at the option of the holder, or which is convertible into such number of equity shares of such startup company, within a period not exceeding five years from the date of issue of the convertible note, upon occurrence of specified events as per the other terms and conditions agreed to and indicated in the instrument;

  • Series B Debentures means the $200 million aggregate principal amount of 4.903% Series B senior unsecured debentures of the Trust due July 5, 2023.

  • Conversion Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.08(b).

  • PIK Notes means Additional Notes issued under this Indenture in connection with a PIK Payment, with the same terms as the Initial Notes, except that interest on any PIK Notes shall accrue from their date of issuance.

  • Restricted Note has the same meaning as “Restricted Security” set forth in Rule 144(a)(3) promulgated under the Securities Act; provided that the Trustee shall be entitled to request and conclusively rely upon an Opinion of Counsel with respect to whether any Note is a Restricted Note.
