Oracle License means a license agreement for the TCKs from Oracle, whether denominated as a Technology License and Distribution Agreement (TLDA), a master support agreement entered into in conjunction with either an Oracle Community Source License or a TLDA, or a Stand-Alone TCK License Agreement.
