Orbital Location definition

Orbital Location shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.A.
Orbital Location means the orbital location of the Satellite indicated in an Agreement.
Orbital Location means the geostationary satellite orbital position located at 107.3 degrees West Longitude.

  • PanAmSat shall use such orbital location (or, to the extent that PanAmSat obtains FCC authority to do so, any location within five degrees of the Planned Orbital Location), unless prevented by subsequent order of the FCC, in which event PanAmSat shall use such orbital position closest to the range identified above that the FCC may designate.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, the Satellite shall be subject to the Ultimate Control of Customer or the licensee when the AMC-16 Satellite is located at an orbital location other than an SES Orbital Location.
