Outage Credit definition

Outage Credit means the quotient achieved by dividing the Base Rent for the month in which the Interruption of Landlord’s Essential Services occurred by 60.

More Definitions of Outage Credit

Outage Credit means a credit specified and issued in accordance with the terms of Appendices B, C, D and E to this Agreement that is applied to reduce amounts otherwise due from Customer to Mammoth for Services provided under this Agreement. “Parties” means, collectively, Mammoth and Customer.
