Order 1000 Replication Data definition

Order 1000 Replication Data means basic criteria, assumptions, and data necessary to replicate the results of ColumbiaGrid’s planning studies performed pursuant to this Order 1000 Agreement with respect to any Order 1000 Potential Need, Order 1000 Need, Order 1000 Proposed Project, Order 1000 Eligible Project, Order 1000 Project, or ITP.

  • Further, such access by any Person (such as an Interested Person) to, and use by any Person (such as an Interested Person) of, any planning study performed by ColumbiaGrid pursuant to the Order 1000 Agreement or any Order 1000 Replication Data that ColumbiaGrid has received from any other entity may be subject to any restrictions on access to such data imposed by such entity.

  • ColumbiaGrid’s planning studies and Order 1000 Replication Data may include base case data (or other data) that are WECC proprietary data and may include information that an Order 1000 Party has designated as Confidential Information or CEII.

  • ColumbiaGrid is, subject to the other provisions of section 11 of the Order 1000 Agreement, to provide Order 1000 Replication Data to any Person who agrees in writing to use such data solely for the purpose of evaluating the results of ColumbiaGrid’s planning studies performed pursuant to the Order 1000 Agreement.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Electronic Product Code™ (EPC) means an identification scheme for universally identifying physical objects via RFID tags and other means. The standardized EPC data consists of an EPC (or EPC identifier) that uniquely identifies an individual object, as well as an optional filter value when judged to be necessary to enable effective and efficient reading of the EPC tags. In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data. The EPC Tag Data Standards will define the length and position of this data, without defining its content.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Third-Party Filer means an entity that submits a Product filing to the Commission on behalf of an Insurer.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.
