Order 1000 Project definition

Order 1000 Project means any Order 1000 Eligible Project, if and for so long as: (i) it has been selected as an Order 1000 Project in accordance with section 5.3 of Appendix A; (ii) all Order 1000 Enrolled Parties and ITP Proponents that timely requested Order 1000 Cost Allocation for such project have not withdrawn such requests in accordance with section 5.2 of Appendix A (whether such withdrawal(s) is before or after inclusion of such project in a Plan);
Order 1000 Project means any Project in the Order 1000 ColumbiaGrid Planning Region, for which Order 1000 Cost Allocation has been requested and that has been selected as an Order 1000 Project, all in accordance with section 10 of Appendix A; provided that, if and to the extent any transmission facilities of such Project are not located in the Order 1000 ColumbiaGrid Planning Region, such Project for purposes of section 10 of Appendix A and any other provisions of this Agreement relating to selection of a Project as an Order 1000 Project or relating to Order 1000 Cost Allocation shall be deemed to not include such transmission facilities not located in the Order 1000 ColumbiaGrid Planning Region. For the avoidance of doubt, Order 1000 Project specifically excludes (i) any facilities if and to the extent they are not located in the Order 1000 ColumbiaGrid Planning Region or are not owned or operated or proposed to be owned or operated by a Transmission Owner or Operator Planning Party, and (ii) any Project, notwithstanding the fact that the Project otherwise satisfies the requirements to be an Order 1000 Project, for which the Transmission Owner or Operator Planning Party(ies) that requested Order 1000 Cost Allocation has subsequently withdrawn such request in accordance with section 10 of Appendix A.
Order 1000 Project means any Order 1000 Eligible Project if and for so long as (i) it has been selected as an Order 1000 Project in accordance with section 5.3 of Appendix A of the Order 1000 Agreement; (ii) all Order 1000 Enrolled Parties and ITP Proponents that timely requested Order 1000 Cost Allocation for such project have not withdrawn such requests in accordance with section 5.2 of Appendix A of the Order 1000 Agreement (whether such withdrawal(s) is before or after inclusion of such project in a Plan); (iii) the Benefit to Cost Ratio for such project has not been determined pursuant to section 6.3.2 of Appendix A of the Order 1000 Agreement to be less than 1.25; (iv) an agreement on implementation of such project is not reached in accordance with section 5.4 of Appendix A or section 6.4 of Appendix A of the Order 1000 Agreement; and (v) such project has not been removed from a Plan as an Order 1000 Project pursuant to sections 3.3 and 11.4.1 of Appendix A of the Order 1000 Agreement.

Examples of Order 1000 Project in a sentence

  • Upon such reperformance, any prior Order 1000 Cost Allocation with respect to such Order 1000 Project is to be vacated.

  • For an Order 1000 Project that receives an Order 1000 Cost Allocation prior to the identification of its owner(s) or operator(s), such Order 1000 Cost Allocation is to be reperformed if and at such time as the owner(s) or operator(s) of the transmission facilities comprising such project are identified and any Order 1000 Enrolled Party(ies) or ITP Proponent(s) requests such reperformance.

  • All requests for Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project that is not selected by ColumbiaGrid as an Order 1000 Project are to be deemed withdrawn.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in no event is ColumbiaGrid to perform an Order 1000 Cost Allocation for any project, including any Order 1000 Eligible Project, unless and until ColumbiaGrid selects such project as an Order 1000 Project and, to the extent that an Order 1000 Cost Allocation is performed for an Order 1000 Project and the requests for Order 1000 Cost Allocation for such Order 1000 Project are subsequently withdrawn or are deemed withdrawn, such Order 1000 Cost Allocation are to be vacated.

  • An Order 1000 Enrolled Party(ies) or ITP Proponent(s) that requests Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project in accordance with section 5.2 of Appendix A of the Order 1000 Agreement may withdraw its request for such Order 1000 Cost Allocation at any time (including after such Order 1000 Eligible Project has been selected by ColumbiaGrid as an Order 1000 Project).

  • ColumbiaGrid is to allow additional time (“Extended Negotiation Period”) for Order 1000 Enrolled Party(ies) or ITP Proponent(s) that requested such Order 1000 Cost Allocation and all such Order 1000 Affected Persons to reach agreement on implementation of such Order 1000 Project, including responsibility for the funding of such Order 1000 Project, if such Extended Negotiation Period is requested by all such Order 1000 Enrolled Party(ies) or ITP Proponent(s) and by all such Order 1000 Affected Persons.

  • No Person is required to be an Order 1000 Party in order to participate pursuant to this Order 1000 Agreement in a Study Team, to request qualification of any proposed developer(s), owner(s), or operator(s) of an Order 1000 Project pursuant to section 2.5 of Appendix A, or to request consideration of the impact of a proposed Order 1000 Merchant Transmission Project pursuant to section 2.7 of Appendix A.

  • This is because the increased intentions may yield increased effort which may increase likelihood of the subject un- dertaking the behaviour [14].

  • All requests for Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project that is selected by ColumbiaGrid as an Order 1000 Project but for which the Benefit to Cost Ratio for such Order 1000 Project is determined pursuant to section 6.3.2 of Appendix A of the Order 1000 Agreement to be less than 1.25 are to be deemed withdrawn.

  • Such projection may be based on information provided by the Order 1000 Project developer(s), owner(s), or operator(s); the Study Team; or ColumbiaGrid.

Related to Order 1000 Project

  • Original Project Cost means the capital expenditure incurred by the Generating Company or the Transmission Licensee, as the case may be, within the original scope of the project up to the cut-off date as admitted by the Commission;

  • Original Project means the Project described in the Original Financing Agreement.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Subproject means a specific project to be carried out by an existing BE utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan or Investment, as hereinafter defined, fulfilling the conditions set forth in Part A of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • The Contract Price/Project Cost means the price payable to the Vendor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • Major renovation means the renovation of a building where:

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • The Contract Price/ Project Cost means the price payable to the Vendor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.
