Order Data definition

Order Data means all information submitted by individuals using TOOS, and may include name, physical address, phone number, email address, items ordered, preferences, and special instructions.
Order Data is defined as Customer Data relating to a Customer’s transaction with Participating Dealer which does not constitute Sensitive Information. For clarity, Order Data shall include data and/or information that is normally found on a purchase receipt, invoice, xxxx of sale, return receipt or return merchandise authorization (RMA), including, without limitation, transaction date, transaction number, customer identifier, items ordered/returned, quantities ordered/returned, price, taxes and other charges, shipping method, shipment date/pick-up date, etc.
Order Data means the anonymized and aggregated Bids submitted on the Trading Platform of an Operational NEMO as further described in the Operational Procedures (NOR03);

  • As between the parties, UC will be the sole owner of – or, with respect to any items licensed by UC, will retain all rights to all Intellectual Property Rights associated with UC eProcurement sites, including any modifications, updates, enhancements or upgrades to any of the foregoing, as well as any Order Data generated or collected on such site (collectively, the “UC Materials”).

  • The Contractor shall correct or delete Order Data or restrict the processing of this data exclusively in accordance with the Customer’s instructions.

  • The nature of the Software shall be based exclusively on the Order Data/ the order confirmation in connection with the documentation to the Software available at the time of the concluding of the contract.

  • The Customer shall be granted the non-exclusive right, limited in time as stipulated in the Order Data or the CoL (see "Type of Use"), to use the Software simultaneously on such number of the Customer’s objects (e.g., users or devices) as specified in the Order Data or the CoL.

  • The License Type and Software Type are detailed in the Order Data or, additionally, in the CoL.


More Definitions of Order Data

Order Data means all data and information relating to Orders, including, without limitation, the specifics of a given transaction.
Order Data means the Data (as defined in Section D) transmitted using your systems or systems you control, for the purpose of initiating or completing a Transaction, and which includes Product Data. We may provide Product Data through the Dashboard to the Apps connected to your Stripe Account, and the connected Apps may publish Product Data publicly as you provided it to us through Stripe Relay. You are solely responsible for obtaining the appropriate rights to publish Product Data through the Apps, and for the accuracy or inaccuracy of any pricing, inventory information, facts, or statements – even those made erroneously – contained in Product Data. You grant Stripe a worldwide, royalty-free, nontransferable license to: (i) publish Product Data through the Apps you have connected your Stripe Account to; (ii) receive and transmit Order Data to you; (iii) use any trademarks, service marks, or Personal Data (as defined in Section D) contained in Product Data or Order Data to the extent required to perform either (i) or (ii); and
Order Data is data identifying the IE Software including the item number of Siemens as well as the corresponding order information belonging to the item number from the current electronic catalogue of Siemens at the time of the order confirmation. Insofar as You receive no order confirmation from Siemens, the data associated with the item number of the CoC which Siemens provides to You with the acceptance of its order shall apply.
Order Data means data (such as, Partner’s, Customer’s and/or Users’ names and contact information) provided or made available by Customer and/or the Partner to SkyKick in connection with submitting an Order and otherwise required for SkyKick to administer the Order.
Order Data has the meaning given in Clause 12.3 Premises means the physical premises at which the Restaurant operates. Product means ordering devices and or any software, program or application provided which enables you to receive Orders in your Restaurant. Restaurant means the restaurant from which food, drinks and other goods are prepared or served to Consumers pursuant to Orders by the Restaurant Partner. Restaurant Information means the information about your Restaurant and includes the information about your Goods, menu, address, opening hours, delivery radius and contact details, and may, at our request, include a complete set of records to trace the supply chain of all Goods and services you provide.

Related to Order Data

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and its Subcontractors under this Order.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Computer database means a collection of recorded data in a form capable of being processed by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • ALI Database A database used in providing 911 Service which stores information associated with End User customers’ telephone numbers or Shell Records.

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Pseudonymous data means information that cannot be attributed to a specific individual without the use of additional information provided that it is kept separately and subject to appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that it is not attributed to the individual.

  • City Data means that data as described in Article 13 of this Agreement which includes, without limitation, all data collected, used, maintained, processed, stored, or generated by or on behalf of the City in connection with this Agreement. City Data includes, without limitation, Confidential Information.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Service Data means a subset of Confidential Information comprised of electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within the Service by Data Controller, its Agents and End-Users in connection with Data Controller’s use of such Service, including, without limitation, Personal Data.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
