Examples of Ordered Goods in a sentence
The CONTRACTOR shall not replace any parts or components of the Ordered Goods used for the provision of the Ordered IT Products with parts or components that are of lower quality or which are unsuitable for use in their designed purpose either by a CUSTOMER or a replacement service provider, prior to the expiry or termination (howsoever arising) of this Contract.
Except where otherwise specified in the Order, delivery shall include the unloading, stacking and/or installation of the Ordered Goods by the CONTRACTOR Personnel, Sub-Contractors, suppliers or carriers at such place as the CUSTOMER or duly authorised person shall reasonably direct, and they shall at all times comply with the reasonable requirements of the CUSTOMER’s security procedures.
Subject always to the provisions of paragraph 3 of this Schedule, title and risk in those Ordered Goods shall be as specified in this paragraph 2 of this Schedule.
The title and risk in such Ordered Goods during the Term shall be determined in accordance with the relevant lease agreement.
If the CUSTOMER has paid for the Ordered Goods prior to conclusion of the Acceptance Tests, the CONTRACTOR shall promptly repay the amounts paid by the CUSTOMER if the Ordered Goods (or any part thereof) do not successfully pass the Acceptance Tests.
