Orderly Marketing Agreement definition

Orderly Marketing Agreement means the orderly marketing agreement entered into or to be entered into between GSK, Pfizer and the SLPs on or around the date of the SCIA;
Orderly Marketing Agreement means the orderly marketing agreement entered into between GSK PLC, Pfizer and the SLPs on 1 June 2022, to which GSK was made party by a deed of adherence dated 25 July 2022;
Orderly Marketing Agreement means the Orderly Marketing Agreement to be entered into by the Company, the Trust Advisors and one or more investment banks pursuant to the Master Exchange Agreement.
