Ordinary Share Warrants definition

Ordinary Share Warrants means, collectively, the Ordinary Share purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Ordinary Share Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years from the initial issuance date, in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto.
Ordinary Share Warrants means, collectively, the ADS purchase warrants delivered to the Purchaser at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Ordinary Share Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise of three and one-half years, in the form of Exhibit A-2 attached hereto.
Ordinary Share Warrants means, collectively, the Ordinary Share Warrants to Purchase Ordinary Shares delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
