Organizational Documents Proposal definition

Organizational Documents Proposal means the proposal to be considered at the Special Meeting to approve and adopt the Proposed Charter and the Proposed Bylaws.
Organizational Documents Proposal means the proposal to be considered at the extraordinary general meeting to approve by special resolution the Proposed Certificate of Incorporation and the Proposed Bylaws. A copy of each of the Proposed Certificate of Incorporation and the Proposed Bylaws is attached to this proxy statement/prospectus as Annex B and Annex C, respectively.
Organizational Documents Proposal means the proposal to be considered at the Special Meeting to approve the amendment and restatement of the Memorandum and Articles by their deletion and replacement with the Proposed Charter and the Proposed Bylaws.
