Organizational Documents Proposal definition

Organizational Documents Proposal means the proposal to be considered at the Special Meeting to approve and adopt the Proposed Charter and Amendment and the Proposed Bylaws.

Organizational Documents Proposal means the proposal to be considered at the extraordinary general meeting to approve by special resolution the Proposed Certificate of Incorporation and the Proposed Bylaws.
