Origin Declaration definition

Origin Declaration means a declaration made by an exporter in accordance with Article 19 for the purpose of enabling the identification of an originating good.
Origin Declaration means an appropriate statement as to the origin of the Goods made, in connection with their exportation by the manufacturer, Producer, supplier, Exporter or any other competent person on the commercial invoice or any other document relating to the Goods;

  • Similarly, an approved exporter may also issue a certified true copy of the Origin Declaration which shall be issued not later than one year from the date of issuance of the original origin declaration.
