Original Articles of Incorporation definition

Original Articles of Incorporation means the General Partner’s Articles of Amendment and Restatement, filed with the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation on April 3, 2013.
Original Articles of Incorporation means the Articles of Incorporation executed and delivered by the incorporators on March 31, 1958 and filed with the Illinois Secretary of State on April 8, 1958.
