Original Base Indenture definition

Original Base Indenture has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.
Original Base Indenture means the Indenture of Trust, dated as of December 1, 1998, among the Original Issuer, the Original Initial ELT and the Indenture Trustee, exclusive of the Original Terms Supplement.
