Original Compact definition

Original Compact means the Compact of Free Association Between the United States and the Federated States of Micronesia and the Xxxxxxxx Islands, that was approved by the United States Congress in section 201 of Public Law 99-239 (Jan. 14, 1986) and went into effect with respect to the Federated States of Micronesia on November 3, 1986.
